Dickson leads the Kenya team, solving challenges for Ona development by being persistent and pragmatic. Among his peers, he is known as a moral center of Ona, pushing people out of their comfort zones in order to surface bold, new ideas that are implementable on the ground. Prior to Ona, Dickson led Formhub development at Columbia University and was a core engineer of the ChildCount+ system.
